There is plenty of advice out there on how to lose weight, some of which is useful, and some are simply monstrous. Anyone else catch this recent tip on yourself to infest?So this is not a post about how to lose weight. Instead, this is just some of the thoughts I have about 9700 of the psychological aspects of weight loss.
